1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Blossomink Studio, including but not limited to:

• Bespoke wedding stationery

• Semi-bespoke stationery

• Custom art commissions

• Mural art and signage

• Wedding calligraphy

1.2 Blossomink Studio is an independent sole trader. Orders and production schedules may be affected if the proprietor is unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients may request a refund for work not yet started or for delays caused by circumstances outside their control.

1.3 Blossomink Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of order will apply.

1.4 By confirming an order or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1.5 All bespoke and custom design work is tailored to each client’s specifications. Blossomink Studio cannot be responsible for outcomes that do not meet the client’s subjective expectations once the design has been approved. Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully.

1.6 These Terms & Conditions are intended to comply with Irish consumer law and EU regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.

2.1 All quotations issued by Blossomink Studio are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.2 After this period, quotes may be subject to change due to availability, material costs, or changes in project scope.

2.3 Quotes are based on the information supplied by the client. Any changes to quantities, materials, timelines, or design requirements may result in a revised quote.

3.1 An order or booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by Blossomink Studio.

3.2 Blossomink Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if payment terms are not met or if required information is not supplied by the client in a timely manner.

4.1 Bespoke Wedding Stationery

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before printing

4.2 Semi-Bespoke Stationery

• Semi-bespoke stationery orders are placed directly through the Blossomink Studio website

• Full payment is required upfront at the time of ordering

• Each order includes one (1) digital proof for approval before production

• Semi-bespoke designs allow for changes to colour and personal details only (including names, dates, and wording)

• Changes to layout, fonts, size, materials, paper stock, or overall design are not included

• Requests for changes outside the semi-bespoke offering will be treated as bespoke work and may require a separate quotation

4.3 Custom Art Commissions

• Custom art commissions purchased directly through the Blossomink Studio website are payable in full upfront

• A sketch draft will be provided for client review before final artwork begins

• Custom art commissions not available for direct purchase on the website and arranged via custom quote or enquiry are also payable in full in one payment

• For all custom art commissions, work will not commence until payment has been received and the initial sketch has been issued

4.4 Mural Art & Signage

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking

• The remaining balance is payable on the day of completion

4.5 Wedding Calligraphy

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking

• The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery or installation

5.1 Orders may be cancelled at any time by the client.

5.2 If work has not yet begun, payments will be refunded in full, minus any non-recoverable costs such as purchased materials.

5.3 Once work has commenced, including design development, sketching, proofs, or production, no refunds will be issued.

5.4 Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of project stage.

5.5 Illness / Unavailability Clause


In the event of illness or other unforeseen unavailability of the proprietor, resulting in delays beyond the client’s control, the client may request a refund for the portion of work not yet completed.

6.1 For services involving design, Blossomink Studio will provide proofs or sketches for approval before final production.

6.2 Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all details, including spelling, dates, layout, colours, and content.

6.3 Blossomink Studio is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

6.4 Revisions & Proofs

• Bespoke stationery: up to three (3) rounds of revisions included

• Semi-bespoke stationery, custom art commissions, hand-lettered signage: one (1) proof only
  - Changes requested after the proof may incur a design fee, unless the proof contains an error by Blossomink Studio
  - Changes of direction (e.g., alignment, layout, composition, reference image) may be treated as additional work

• Mural art: one (1) initial sketch and one (1) permitted revision; additional revisions may incur charges

6.5 Health & Safety

For murals and signage, any machinery, scaffolding, lifts, or specialist access equipment must be supplied by the client and comply with current health and safety regulations. Blossomink Studio will not proceed with installation if equipment or site conditions are unsafe.

7.1 Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and external factors.

7.2 Timelines depend on how promptly clients provide feedback, approvals, and required information. The allocated timeframe will be communicated at the time of order.

7.3 Failure to provide feedback or approvals within the stated timeframe may result in extended production times.

7.4 For stationery, Blossomink Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, missed delivery dates, or items not arriving in time for an event caused by late client feedback or approval.

7.5 For mural art and signage:

• Production may be weather-dependent

• Any machinery, scaffolding, lifts, or specialist access equipment must be provided by the client and meet health and safety standards

• Lack of equipment, unsafe equipment, or site access issues may result in delays, for which Blossomink Studio is not liable

7.6 Any extensions to timelines or requests for rush completion may incur additional fees, communicated and agreed with the client in advance.

7.7 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

• Blossomink Studio will take reasonable care in packaging and dispatching items.

• Clients should inspect items upon receipt and notify Blossomink Studio of any damage with photographic evidence within 48 hours.

• Blossomink Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services beyond our control.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are correct and accessible.

• Any insurance for shipping may be arranged by the client if desired.

7.8 Material & Colour Variation

• Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or paper tone may occur between proofs and final products.

• Colour variations may occur due to differences in screen display, lighting, or printer settings and are not considered defects.

7.9 Force Majeure

Blossomink Studio will not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, pandemics, labour strikes, or supply chain interruptions

8.1 All artwork, designs, sketches, calligraphy, and creative content produced by Blossomink Studio remain the intellectual property of Blossomink Studio.

8.2 Finished products may be used for personal purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8.3 Blossomink Studio may photograph or showcase completed work for portfolio, website, or social media.

Personal details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses will be omitted or anonymised, but client names may be displayed unless explicitly requested not to in writing.

9.1 Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and do not constitute faults.

9.2 Blossomink Studio’s liability is limited to the total value of the order.

9.3 Consequential Loss

Blossomink Studio is not responsible for consequential losses caused by customer fault, including missed event dates, shipping delays, or other indirect damages.

10.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Irish law.

11.2 Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Irish courts.
